Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or engaging with any coaching services provided by Amna Ghafeer Consulting Ltd., trading as TransformWithAmna. By booking a session or programme, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Amna Ghafeer Consulting Ltd. is a company registered in Ireland, trading as TransformWithAmna. We provide executive and career coaching services to individuals and professionals.

2. Services

We offer the following coaching services:

  • Individual coaching sessions — single sessions booked on a one-off basis

  • Coaching packages and programmes — a defined number of sessions purchased together as a bundle


All services are provided by Amna Ghafeer or an authorised representative of Amna Ghafeer Consulting Ltd. The scope and format of each engagement will be agreed between you and us prior to commencement.

3. Booking

Bookings can be made via our website at www.transformwithamna.com or through our booking platform. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for individual sessions and packages are as stated on our website at the time of booking. All fees are quoted in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.


Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via the methods made available on our booking platform.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • You may reschedule a session at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited — it will be counted as used and no replacement session will be provided

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time at no additional cost

6. Refund Policy

All payments made for individual sessions and coaching packages are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal circumstances

  • Failure to attend a session without giving the required notice

  • Dissatisfaction with the service


In the exceptional circumstance that we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control, we will offer a replacement session or, at our sole discretion, a credit toward a future session.

7. Packages and Programmes

Coaching packages must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sessions within a package that are not used within this period will expire and no refund or credit will be provided.


Packages are personal to you and may not be transferred to another individual without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. We will not disclose the content of your sessions to any third party without your explicit consent, except where we are required to do so by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.


We ask that you also respect the confidentiality of any materials, frameworks, or approaches shared with you during our sessions.

9. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a professional development and personal growth service. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide advice on mental health conditions, medical issues, or legal and financial matters.


If during our engagement it becomes apparent that you require professional support beyond the scope of coaching (such as therapeutic or medical support), we may recommend that you seek appropriate professional assistance.


You are responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take as a result of our coaching engagement. Results from coaching vary between individuals and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, tools, worksheets, and content provided to you as part of our coaching services are the intellectual property of Amna Ghafeer Consulting Ltd. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Amna Ghafeer Consulting Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from or in connection with our coaching services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.


Our total liability to you in connection with any coaching engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement.


Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
